Croft7

Croft7’s Forest Garden Walk provides a source of materials for saleable products, an ongoing research project, and an attraction for customers. Fruit and nut trees, berry crops, herbs and dye plants are grown under the shade of mature native pines. In their hand-dyed textile business stag horn lichen and fungi from local woods are among the natural dye sources they use. NTFPs are also used for food at Croft7.
