For two months of the year, this business harvests holly and makes it into balls and garlands, which are sold locally as Christmas decorations. They are always looking for more suitable sources of Scottish-grown holly, and will travel anywhere in Scotland to harvest it. This is a very sustainable harvest, as the ideal supply is 3-4 inch trimmings from holly hedges.
