Skye Fruit and Fungi

Log-grown oyster and shiitake mushrooms, fresh or dried according to season, and inoculated "pet logs" for people who want to grow their own on a domestic scale. Logs are mostly birch, sourced from the Highlands. They also belong to the Highland Berry Growers Group, developing ways of growing native berries on marginal land.
