Strathspey Mushrooms

Strathspey Mushrooms have a team of between 100 and 150 casual pickers scouring the birch forests and pinewoods of the Highlands for wild mushrooms. These are sold fresh, or else dried in a specially built dehumidifier. Dried mushrooms are available by mail order.
